HYATT REGENCY SEATTLE HOTEL RESERVATION DETAILS

All attendees must register for the Annual Meeting BEFORE making their hotel reservations. Once you have registered for the Annual Meeting, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to the hotel reservation web site. We encourage you to register early to ensure room availability.

Group room rates are $235 (standard room) and $255 (upgraded room) per night plus applicable state and local tax, currently 15.6 percent plus a $2.00 tourism fee. The hotel cut-off date is Friday, April 10 or sooner based on availability. We do expect to sell out so be sure to register early and secure your hotel room!
